HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Electronic Transfer, as well as Debit/Credit Card options, are available. Debit and Credit card payments are processed via Payfast. EFT's can be made directly into my bank account. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an automated email with my banking details. You have 24 hours to effect an EFT payment otherwise your order is automatically cancelled.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
I use a courier company (Fastway Couriers) to send all parcels within the borders of South Africa.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders can be expected within 2 - 4 working days within the borders of South Africa
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your payment reflects in my bank account, I will despatch the courier and send you a tracking number which you can track on www.fastway.co.za
I LIVE OVERSEAS. AM I ABLE TO ORDER FROM YOU?
At this stage I am only able to supply the South African consumer.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- ALL Threads
- ALL Patterns
- ALL Beads
- ALL Kits
Please ensure that your order is correct BEFORE confirming the purchase. The courier charges for refunded or exchanged items will be for the customer’s account. Returned items MUST be returned via Postnet.
