Terms and Conditions:

1. By using the Needlework Emporium website, it is accepted that you agree with our terms and conditions which include our retail policy
2. Pricing Policy:
   1. Needlework Emporium will endeavour to source needlecraft related products at the best possible prices. These prices are non-negotiable.
   2. Due to the fluctuation in the exchange rate, customs and shipping prices, the prices for products imported by Needlework Emporium could change from time to time
3. Refund and Exchange Policy:
   1. Absolutely NO Refunds or Exchanges are permitted for the following items:
      1. Threads
      2. Wool
      3. Crochet Cotton
      4. Beads
      5. Cross Stitch Patterns
      6. Cross Stitch Kits
      7. Knitting and Crochet Patterns

OR any other product which is sold as an unsealed item or an item where the risk of photocopying exists

4. All Orders must be paid for within 24 hours of the final amount being confirmed otherwise the order is automatically cancelled
5. Needlework Emporium reserves the right to change suppliers and product offering as we see fit.

For delivery within MAIN CENTRES and OUT OF MAIN CENTRE in South Africa, (CPT, JHB, PE, and DBN - ONLY)
